Career Summary
Charles joined the firm in 2007 and has been an active broker/deal maker since that time. Charles brokers purchase/sale and tenant/landlord transaction primarily in the Industrial/R&D property type. Charles joined Coldwell Banker NRT in 2003 as an agent specializing in commercial investment properties, as well as residential sales. The Campbell native gained extensive commercial development and construction experience in increasingly responsible supervisory and management positions with San Jose Construction and Hathaway Dinwiddie on a variety of projects, including tilt-ups, concrete block, mid-rise steel buildings and their tenant improvements.
Experience
Charles has experience handling commercial real estate acquisition and disposition much of which has been for the purposes of 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Charles has a great deal of experience in the construction industry from a ground up perspective having been a carpenter, foreman, superintendent, estimator, and having dabbled in project management. This greatly adds to his ability to grasp and evaluate the details of real estate investments, value added projects, and potential developments. He is also an experience in commercial leasing and sales broker (tenant/landlord/buyer/seller representation). His primarily focused on combining his expertise in real estate investment, commercial construction, land entitlement, financing, and leasing to become a premier "deal maker" thus creating a dynamic profit center for his clientele.
