Summary
Ms. Peternell is an appraiser and consultant specializing in the
Commercial sector. Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, she worked for
several years as an associate appraiser at Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal
Associates, Inc. valuing commercial real estate properties.
For more than three years, she was also the Senior Information
