Career Summary

Fabrizio Paolozzi specializes in maximizing the potential of his clients' commercial investments.  In just the last three years, in San Mateo County alone, Fabrizio has leased and sold over 370,000 square feet of industrial and office properties in excess of $36 million.

Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Fabrizio was a Senior Advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial.  While at CBC, he was promoted in 2007, and was honored with the “Circle of Distinction Award” for 2008.  Before beginning his career as a commercial real estate advisor, Fabrizio was self-employed and has been an entrepreneur since the age of 23; including, owning, operating, managing, and later selling his successful restaurant in San Luis Obispo, California.  Being a Bay Area local, utilizing his knowledge of business, and the importance of real estate in business, Fabrizio has and will continue to serve in the success of his clients.
