Career Summary

With over 15 years of tenant representation experience, Chris has been directly involved in assisting clients in some of the largest office transactions in the Puget Sound office market.  His service to clients involves consultation on acquisitions, dispositions, financial analysis, and complex renewal and relocation negotiations required by both public and private companies.  Chris represents only tenants and does not list property for sale or lease.  His practice includes both local and multi-market transactions on behalf of his clients.  To date, Chris has represented his clients’ needs throughout the U.S., in Europe, South America, and Asia.

Chris Moe is a principal and past member of GVA Kidder Mathews’ Board of Directors.  Chris has consistently been recognized as one of the Seattle brokerage community’s most active brokers and top producers.

In addition to his tenant representation practice, Chris is a Managing Broker of the GVA Kidder Mathews Seattle office and the Director of the GVA Kidder Mathews’ Technology Services Group, which was formed in 1999 to serve the unique needs of clients in technology based industries.

Chris is a native of Bend, Oregon, and a graduate of the University of Oregon.
