Summary
Jerome E. Mathews is Chairman Emeritus of GVA Kidder, Mathews as well as
President of Puget Pacific, Inc., a commercial real estate investment
company. He served as Assistant to the President of the Jack A. Benaroya
Company, at the time Seattle's largest industrial/commercial developer.
He was a Vice President and Manager of the Mortgage Loan Department for
Bank of the West, and Mortgage Production Manager for Farmers Insurance
Group.
Mathews holds the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and
Office Realtors, of which he was the 1995 National President. He is a past Director of the Seattle-King County
Economic Development Council.
Mathews was a Trustee for Rainier Realty Investors, an REIT at one time
affiliated with Rainier Bank (now Security Pacific Bank/Bank of America),
a Chairman of the New America Advisory Board, and is a past Director and
Executive Committee member of ONCOR International. He also serves as a
Advisory Board Director of Buerk, Craig, Victor, a fundraising, capital
management firm.
He is a past Trustee of the Washington State Investment Board and is a
past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Overlake Hospital
Foundation currently serving as Chair of the Hospital Board. He is
Chairman of the Door to Door Storage Company and an Advisory Board member
of the University of Washington School of Business Administration.
