Career Summary

Jim has been with the firm since 1978. Since 1985, he has been part of the Executive Team, responsible for various administrative, planning, training, and public relations duties. He is currently involved in the overseeing of information management of available properties and comparable historical data.

Over the past 30 years, Jim has specialized in corporate real estate advisory services, including strategic planning, disposition, consulting, and brokerage representation for Silicon Valley's hi-tech and medical device industries. His extensive experience and solid relationships are key to Jim's ability in directing the transaction process.

Jim has been nominated for “Broker of the Year” and has consistently performed in the top three at the firm for over 25 years.
