Career Summary

Keith has primary accountability for the delivery of GVA Kidder Mathews’ real estate management services throughout the firm’s 23.0 million square foot managed portfolio for a diverse investor clientele that includes institutional and private investors, corporations, and non-profit foundations.

With 29 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including asset management, consulting, brokerage, investment, and development, Keith’s experience spans multiple markets including the Puget Sound Region, Portland, the Bay Area, Houston, Dallas, and Phoenix;  executive responsibilities include asset management, business development, strategic planning, and organizational development, with profit/loss accountability.

Prior career experience includes: General Manager/Principal of Quadrant/KMS Management Services; President of Kaiser and Associates, specializing in brokerage and consulting;  Director of Property Services for The Norman Company; and President of Koll Management Services’ Northwest Region; Keith began his career as a Property Manager with Hines Interests in Houston, Texas.

Keith is a shareholder in the firm and supports strategy and policy as a member of GVA Kidder Mathews’ Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM^®), a licensed real estate broker, and is a member of the King County Association of Realtors, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and has instructed qualification courses for IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM^®) designation as a member of IREM’s National Faculty. Keith also serves on the Boards of the Friends of Youth.
