Career Summary

Vanessa Herzog has over twenty-three years of commercial real estate experience.  Vanessa holds the coveted SIOR designation along with the CCIM designation, representing the highest achievements of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.  Her expertise includes industrial sales and acquisition, build-to-suit site selection, and leasing.  Her area of expertise includes Pierce, Thurston, and Lewis counties.

In the past eight years Vanessa has successfully leased and sold industrial facilities totaling 2.7 million square feet, totaling $253 million in lease and sale values in 133 transactions.  Of that, her land sales are in excess of 1,100 acres.  Because of her strong land experience, Vanessa has represented several national and international developers in the acquisition and disposition of land, including developed, undeveloped and land positioned for redevelopment.

Most notable is the Meridian Campus Master Planned Community.  Vanessa was retained to represent the 325 acre business and industrial park portion of the community.  She opened the business and industrial park in 1993 for the Weyerhaeuser Vicwood Partnership, with the final land sale completed in 2007.  She was responsible for bringing 53 new companies to Lacey, who occupy 2.4 million SF of space inside the Meridian Campus community.
