Career Summary

Eileen Galarza joined GVA Kidder Mathews as Property Manager in September of 2006. Ms. Galarza has nearly 11 years of experience in commercial real estate management in the Kent Valley, working primarily on industrial and flex/office assets.  Ms. Galarza’s previous experience includes onsite management, leasing, asset preservation and value enhancement.

Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Ms. Galarza has held positions of increasing responsibility and accountability in the commercial property management arena.  From 2000 to 2006, Eileen was the On Site General Manager for a 400,000 square foot, highly successful business park in the Kent Valley.  In that capacity, she managed the park through two ownership changes, coordinated and implemented significant capital and tenant improvement projects, fostered successful tenant relationships that resulted in a high degree of tenant retention, coordinated the activities of vendors and contractors, and managed an on-site staff consisting of administrative and accounting support and engineering personnel.

Eileen is currently pursuing the Certified Property Manager (CPM^®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and holds a Washington state real estate license.
