Career Summary
Brian joined GVA Kidder Mathews early in 2003. Brian focuses on office sales and leasing in the Renton, South Seattle, Tukwila and Kent areas. Brian is one of our office market specialists who teams with several of our office brokers to assist owners with marketing their office properties.
Additionally, Brian assists tenants with property analysis and the negotiation process, as part of finding new space or re-negotiating existing leases. Brian is also a qualified telecommunications expert and offers his advice to clients as part of the property search process. Brian is a highly-motivated and responsive professional who prides himself on his follow through and communications skills.
Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Brian spent 15 years in sales and marketing management in the telecommunications industry working for such organizations as Pacific Northwest Bell, U S WEST, and General Electric (Advanced Telcom Group Subsidiary).
Professional Involvement
Professional involvement includes the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR), and various courses from the CCIM Institute. Additionally, Brian was awarded the 2004-2005 GVA Kidder Mathews Rookie of the Year for his top production.
