Career Summary
Since joining GVA Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services in October
of 2004, David has provided valuation and consultation services for a
wide variety of commercial property types including office, industrial,
retail, multi-family, hospitality, marina and development properties.
His experience includes complex properties like biotechnology research
facilities, data centers, sawmills and other specialized property
types. He has performed biotechnology valuation and market analysis on
a national basis and recently authored the National Biotechnology Real
Estate Market Analysis for GVA Worldwide.
David’s professional experience includes venture capital investing with
emphasis in the life sciences industry. He then applied this to gain
experience as a development analyst and project manager at Seattle area
real estate development companies. His development experiences include
multi-family residential, commercial office and marina developments.
David brings unique qualifications to the real estate valuation and
consulting community not typically found in our industry making him
exceptionally qualified in the analysis of some of the most complex and
sophisticated real estate.
