Career Summary

Jordan Carter Joined GVA Kidder Mathews in December of 2006, where his practice focuses on the sale and acquisition of multifamily investment properties primarily in the Portland-metropolitan area and along the I-5 corridor.  Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Jordan worked in the Portland office of Marcus & Millichap where he focused on multifamily investments.

Jordan’s experience with multifamily properties includes representing buyers and sellers of traditional apartments, land and development opportunities, distressed properties, historic hotels, National Historic Registry properties, and master net-leases for multifamily properties.

As a licensed attorney in Oregon, prior to entering the commercial real estate profession Jordan practiced law in Portland and assisted in his family’s construction business.  Jordan’s legal background and knowledge of the construction industry benefit his clients by bringing a unique perspective to help evaluate and facilitate multifamily transactions.
