Project Outline
Relocation AMR, the nation's premier provider of emergency medical
services and ambulance transportation, needed to relocate their
Seattle office. The new site needed to incorporate a call center,
private offices, server room, open office workstations, ambulance
service bays, parts storage and an outside bay for washing the
ambulances.
Scope
GVA Kidder Mathews
represented AMR as their owner’s representative during the lease,
design, construction and move phases of the project. Our services
included reviewing the lease, overseeing the general contractor's
bid for subcontractors, reviewing and approving the general
contractor's final budget and schedule, preparing and conducting a
competitive bid for a phone system, cabling vendor, mover and new
furniture workstations.
