Project Outline

Sound Transit is developing a regional transportation network that includes Regional Express Bus, Light Rail, and Heavy Rail service.  The agency’s transit oriented development department is tasked with facilitating development near transportation hubs that will result in transit readership.  GVA Kidder Mathews has assisted the agency in multiple projects located throughout King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties.

Frequently assignments involve predevelopment feasibility, planning and permitting such as:

Result
